I was inspired to make this while hiking one day. California sagebrush has the best aroma, and after I tried an infusion at home, I thought it'd make a killer cocktail.

Hibiscus syrup: 3/4 cup hibiscus flowers 1 cup cane sugar 3/4 cup white sugar 2 cups water 4 crushed cinnamon sticks 1 inch fresh minced ginger Add everything to saucepan and allow to boil. Then allow simmer with no cover for 10 minutes. Strain into bottle.
